...king hour at Mumbai location on an avg. 11 - 12 hrs. weekly hours more than 60+. Note: no salary on Sat and Sunday work and this review is particularly applicable for the Mumbai location. other locations are very good no issue with other locations. I worked for Mumbai and Pune locations as well.

No such as only extreme pressure is the only concern as I worked on Saturday and Sunday during the covid time ( almost all Saturday and Sunday to deliver the object)

If you get job .then company make 3 year bond to not leave the company and in 3 year they give you very low salary which is difficult to survive in 3 year if you leave the company they charge you 3lakhs with intreast.

Yash is an employee crntric company with many benefits like timely salary, promotions, leaves and flexibility. If you have a good manager, you will surely stay longer in YASH

Its druven by those frogs who have been in the well for more than a decade. They change HR policies according to their convenience. Politics is a lot specially in HR

...e yash's stringent leave policy. So surviving in stringent client place is hell. Mandatory salary bank iss hdfc. Mandatory RM, mandatory hrpp. Many things are unfriendly , a person with self esteem cannot survive here.

Salary is average and not too many employee benefits . Also they are starting 5 days working from home which is going to hamper work life balance especially people in global role
