There is no Real appreciation of your skills. They will not increase the salary even if your work for 5 years. But they will give the fresher more salary than experienced skilled worker

Work life balance Good experienced people to work along.

Salary is average and not too many employee benefits . Also they are starting 5 days working from home which is going to hamper work life balance especially people in global role

They are not having long term projects and Competency team is treating experienced people as fresher. If you are in project then need to work morethan 9 hr as per project requirement may be sometimes 12.

...e yash's stringent leave policy. So surviving in stringent client place is hell. Mandatory salary bank iss hdfc. Mandatory RM, mandatory hrpp. Many things are unfriendly , a person with self esteem cannot survive here.

Yash is an employee crntric company with many benefits like timely salary, promotions, leaves and flexibility. If you have a good manager, you will surely stay longer in YASH

Its druven by those frogs who have been in the well for more than a decade. They change HR policies according to their convenience. Politics is a lot specially in HR
