Salary-benefits & Appraisal & promotions are not up to par. Travelling & phone expenses/conveyance is not paid to everyone or even executive level , its only for manager level.

The works Quality Below Expectations, as Senior’s are not aligned with current work environment , Standards and Practices. Their approaches Reflects an Outdated mentality and the Seem resistant to adopting modern work methods. Additionally, favouritism is Prevalent, with Hard work often overlooked, there appears to be a noticeable bias in favour of male candidates.

So much to learn here, good influential network, lunch was served to everyone, good work hours at least in the team where i worked.

Dislikes

Very bad increments no bonuses toxic environment office politics some employees are badly behaved, especially the artist managers, full of unnecessary attitude
