Pls MIS person don't go they have in time but out time is 11 and 12 pm..9.30 to 10 11 end of the month they forced to seat till 12 pm..Mis manager Girish Rathod is veru rude and don't have manners to talk.after i joined 3 days i left the company.because of Girish.very toxic culture and HR also support to girish because he's the 1 who working.so pls dont go

Good organization to work, appreciate our work.Ex. I got promoted from regional manager to Sr. RM and than zsm in 8 years of my working in Yash. No deductions during lockdown. Even release incentive during that period.

Yash Pharma is a successful Pharma company and I am proud to be myself that I am a staff of yash Pharma. My team members are nice person well educated and helpful person. I am learning many new things in my job time period. And face many successful audits in yash pharma like USFDA, Warburg, ajanta pharma,WHO, Leeford, can vary etc.

Company name was known to customer level, few old products were popular

Most of teammates were weak, in terms of knowledge and quality, no new innovative products has been launched, no aggressive promotional policy to compete with competitors, no incentive plan to attract good quality candidate.
