Really one of the best company to work for! M.D Mr. Keyur Shah is a visionary person, and under his leadership Yash Highvoltage Ltd is set to achieve amazing heights! Mr. Nirav Patel, G.M - Business Operations, again one of the best mentor and leader. It's always good to work for the company whose leaders are clear about long-term goals. Overall company is fast growing company, and along with the growth of the company, employees are also growing. Recently they took offices in Vadodara for Sales and Marketing team to make sure their daily commute becomes easy and convenient. Alternate Saturdays are off, which again is rare with MSMEs in B2B industry.

Dislikes

Layer of approvals sometimes delay the work, which leads to chaos and urgency like situations. But having said that every company has pros and cons! Yash Highvoltage has too many pros that can overshadow the cons! This is 100% candid review.

So many things. Dictatorship management. The job roles are unclear. More work and less money. There is no respect among the management towards the employee. Favouritism resides in the company. Job severity is a huge issue. Whatsapp groups and follow up culture.
