I have been working at yara almost two year. The company is relatively large in scale of operations, so you will have great challenges and you wil gain much experience and also learning, quality products, environment commitment.

(3)If infiltration done by distributior side,Only ASM, TM is responsible and fired from his job and distributior free to sell again. (4)Poor Work life balance. (5) Company HR do only what mangers wants. (6)Attrition rate is too high.
