In Yansab Petrochemical, We are very friendly to our colleague, Whenever required,Management provide training time to time. Every week they conduct common tool box for all department. During the working our, I distribute the manpower according to the task like: -Inbound -Outbound to finished the work on time. Always in courage, and give the appraisal to the hard worker. There is a good career growth in the company, Good environment for the work and the employee can go vacation on time, there is a good backup plan to handle the work in the absence of employee.

Dislikes

For Treatment - Company not provide same category medical card. They will take time to increase salary. For Forklift operator, Tug Master give extra jobs.Some time they not manage the speed limits.

...ab is an excellent company in perspective of work culture and work life balance. Salary & perks are at par. Have freedom to work & express yourself. Being an expatriate and experienced professional training and development is average.

YANSAB staff are mostly experienced and possess systematic work approach. Their HSE monitoring system is detail with point system in order to gauge the Contractor's KPI. Abundance of opportunity to learn arises since work together with the Maintenance and Project Teams.

I spent my lifetime for past 16 years at the same company shown my own loyality and fair feedback from employer .

As of worker replacement by local citizen shown a bad work atmosphere that leads expats to stay unpleasant, and no promotion through expatriates who gave their best nor considered as achievement, expats are just receiving monthly salaries no matter how good or bad they are.

i cant remember that i have a bad experience with that company, only reason why i leave is because i found a new challenging job and better compensation.
