So much politics back office employees not treated well, totally sales oriented mindset and nobody is will take the pain of listening to your issues and clear them, sales team give you work which is not yours actually and you have to do it and no senior can help you in that because they are also doing the same, pathetic company to join big no, if you are a fresher then you can join otherwise big no.

Policies are at all time low now. Earlier were good. No regards to old employee. Culture need to improve. It's like, thankless job working here. No difference between a good worker and a below average worker. All are considered same. No praises for smart working employees. Designation are for name sake.
