This is a very good company for freshers they can learn many things . Best company for freshers . 2 years bond will be there for freshers but In that 2 years a fresher can become a professional. Very good place for learning new things and seniors and managers all are very supportive.

The company is related to banking sector so i can learnt lot of things related to banking issue.We are given to respect to senior persons and colleagues our job is secure.Other than work my colleagues are to speak very jovial.Pressure is not there in this company.

...ours and above.I have to do lot of works but manager told you are doing nothing.Salary is not enough for me.

Everything is worst in this company, standards are so low they don't want any employee to grow, this organization has no goals and ambition there's so much chaos in management no hierarchy is maintained and also for to take leaves you have to ask multiple people at one time and the biggest problem is salary, the salary is so low for a fresher it in between 8k to 11k the average industry standard is atleast 15 to 20k. He/She won't be able to survive on that salary it is much more lesser than average industry standards this might be the lowest paying organisation in todays date on top of that this organization expects you to work in bond of two years that too after confirmation on papers they'll say after joining within 3 to 6 months your confirmation will be there but in reality it stretches till 9 to 10 months and after that you have to sign bond for next 2 years so total is more than 2.6 years and when you'll come out of this organization you will have no knowledge about the actual industry but you'll be living in a buble if you're thinking you'll get lot of opportunities to learn and grow in this organization and there's no single policy is there in favour of their employees every policy is just favouring the organisation there are plenty of other things which i might not able to explain in this box. But overall if you're fresher looking for new opportunities to learn and grow you should not join this company otherwise you'll be trapped here.

You will get maximum of 10k per month for salary there will be a bond for 2 years if you go through any consultancy employee, you won't get any benefits form the company If you are a fresher or if you have a gap and restarting your career it's good place for you, if have a experience stay away from yalamanchili, these review is based on my operations job to my knowledge IT team is good if you got an offer in or any other department go for it yalamanchili will help you to develop in your career.

Lot of learning. Employee are encouraged to learn other technology as well. Company sponsors certificate training programs for employees. If we work sincerely and honestly, no work pressure..

Salary is on lower side as compared to market. Appraisal should happen on time. HR policied are nit clear in some matters
