They provide proper training facilities and food salary. But there is no career growth here. No appraisal,. Working there at junior level is waite of time.

There is too much politics here. If your boss is Japanese there then pretty good. Otherwise other senor behave is not good. I worked there for three months. I was at Noida centre which was taking care by Jitendra Singh. He was full of attitude. He things himself as a owner of that company. He always behave with their team members rudly.you can imagine, if you wish him then his reply will be kya? Kya? If you say him thanks then his reply will be kya kya? (moving his head). But there is a hd (Home department) team whose all the manner is good. So if you have decided to join there in yakult then make sure there centre head run by any Japanese. Bcz Japanese are good. They makes office environment happily.

No growth, No learning, Some Indians are guiding how to treat the employees and how much to give them growth, HR has no opinion of their own, They claim to be women oriented company and work for women empowerment but no facility for women to continue their career after marriage or after a baby.

1. Morning office of 8:30 helps to safe extra travel time in the morning. 2. On time salary. 3. Less work pressure. 4. More learning opportunities. 5. Job security. 6. Strong product in the market. 7. New and innovative ideas get appreciated.

1. Salary and related benefits are comparatively on a lower side. 2. Less employee welfare activities. 3. 9 hours shift for 6 days in a week for sales staff is little bit more engaging.

More benefits for head office employees staff, while sales staff are treated like labour. No Saturday offs, 9 hours per day i,e 54hours in week . Very little pay. There is no employee welfare

Culture, job security , supportive seniors and colleagues, mentorship by Japanese professionals, high chances of growth for grassroot employees based on their hardwork and skills

Dislikes

Compensation , salary structure, slow decision making process are few drawbacks. But only salary growth is a slightly serious.
