The CEO, she is main culprit who is abnormal minded. Listen to all heads-up and fire and hire. Don't ever give interview for this company also. No job security, no skill development , This company will ruin you're future goals

I don't dislike anything but found the following to be core challenges and this is a must have for every team member here: 1. Crisp articulate communication skills given that we need to deal with geographically sprad stakeholders from US / China / India etc. 2. Strong project management skills as we deal with a whole lot of vendors.
