Ample opportunities are given to the employees both nationally and internationally to explore their knowledge in field of IPR. The organization gives equal rights to all the employees irrespective of gender and position. Organization hold good reputation and goodwill amongs large clientele nationally and internationally.

I had an absolute pleasure working with Y.J.Trivedi & Co. It is a one stop solution law firm offering diversity in IP field. The firm has a team of skilled professionals providing the best services. The firm has a good work life balance environment by organising activities for the staff for an overall development. Additionally, they have Wellness Leaves apart from the standard set of leaves which is a great initiative. I had great co-workers and fostering work environment. A special thanks to Jatin sir and Gopi ma’am for giving me an opportunity of being a part of the team. There is quite to learn all by yourself at your initial days of career

Working conditions are pathetic. If you are good in pleasing your boss (not with work quality) than you are good to go. Unskilled and people not deserving to be at senior and management level are governing the departments. No proper leave policy. Management is far way too much concerned of your personal life instead focusing on their proper job. undeserving candidates are highly paid, rest suffer because of their high payment. working hours are always strict for office in time but are flexible for out time ; as in your shift may start at 10 and end 8;30 9 or whatever and next day you come at same time.
