The managers are biased. Immense pressure of sales. Last Sunday is working. They require a reason to approve leaves. You have to submit your mobile. The washroom is located outside office. You have to write all the break timings including washroom breaks which feels like a school.

I left organization in COVID 19 they didn't pay for the work . Organization is just money oriented. Me and my family was suffering from the pandemic situation and shared all the details on mail still they were asking me to work. Worst organisation never recommend.

Salary Issue if you can't fullfill the target then no salary they deducted salary without any reason too much work pressure even will tell you to come and work on Sunday never join Y Axis .It's a scam company they take money from the client by giving them fake promise don't give service.

Some managers are really good and they are supportive.

Regarding payment,I worked sincerely due to some emergency I have to leave.They din't pay me during my notice period and even my commission was on hold.

There is a lots of things which j learned from this company. Its greatful journey with them. Very well disciplined atmosphere.
