ASM ,RSM OR NSM , very bad person His behavior is not good, he does not agree to support you, he is the only one who knows everything, he acts according to his own rules. And they irritate everybody

1.No use or will to adopt latest software tools.only talks of automation for years but only deferment with lot of bureaucracy & politics. 2.Every work is done is Excel even if it is processing of huge data. Data analysis tools are allocated to units as per favoritism within Department. 3.The Accounts Department head behavior like School teacher.they will never let you to explore or learn.they only concern about his future and his favorite. 4.Conflict between all department.no team work.non commerce peoples works in account department -how foolish.heavy work pressure give by sales department .you feel that you are like cat.

I have been associated with the XYXX family since the beginning. Along with the growth of the company, I have also witnessed my personal growth (in terms of knowledge, experience, and friends). Really cool working environment, with minimal to no restrictions. Work here is the primary focus, which is followed by a genuine appreciation for committed efforts. Kudos Team XYXX!

- Not everyone has been familiar with the co-ed culture, which is very much essential for large organizations to have both competent male and female employees working in unison. This results in passing irrelevant judgments making certain individuals difficult to approach. - We all can agree that certain aspects, like working days and job timings (flexible timing), should be the same across all the offices across India. This would motivate individuals to balance their work and personal life more efficiently.
