...life balance and during these it's highly require due to extreme stressful work.You will get on time salary ..But specifically in Project Management it's pathetic and no established system exist to do work in such a big Organisation.

Being a MNC often we think they have their own standard and existing system to follo .But unfortunately it's not there atall and you have to be work like a non standard organisation.

Great leadership team, very understanding leaders, flexible working hours, less office politics, recognition and appreciation for good work, in house recreation room, office location in tier2 city.

After office hours meetings, too many meetings, average salary not upto MNC standards, less onsite opportunities.
