Good thing in Xylem is learning part. They will provide you best environment to learn and explore things. Job security is okay. Work culture okay.. there won't be any proper communication between teams and leads also technical team managers are non technical people in that scenario they won't get your point. Hike you can't trust in. Overall this is best place to work help and explore and grow but not to stay for long term.
