XT is good company , but India manning office is not so good, Unrealistic targets departmental disconnect, No job security. Since the last 20 years, there were no single employee stable in crew sourcing. Currently, no one is there for officer sourcing. if you are joining XT India Manning office, check with ex colleagues.
