Late and unnecessary extra working hours without compensation, they tell during interview about all the policies but they become null and void once team leaders are assigned, TL exploits the HR policy by using some loophole.

They provide high quality training even if you are experienced. They doesn't take you directly in project.after proper training only they handover live project.

... he doesn't whant to develop you. There is lot of office politics and Farerism In the end they don't increment in salary after hard work and they can end tha job anytime.

work life balance is there, you can leave at 5pm if you do your work on time which is great, plus you get paid leaves, travel allowance, health insurance and term life insurance, plus you can learn different programs and work on US projects if you like to do that.

companies internal politics is the worst thing I've seen, most of the team leaders are draftsmen and they have a dislike towards architects and engineers who work there as junior under tham. so if you as a junior gets into bad side of any LT your job maybe in trouble, I used to work here as an architect under a TL (draftsmen obviously) few times we had a disagreement and that ended in my resignation which was forced btw. plus they have international clients so if you looking for exposure in india then this is not a good place for you, yet I will say you can work here for an year or two, on your own risk
