...ork with . You can meet the most terrible managers and hr’s in this company . Even the few managers will keep torturing you that you get high salaries because they themselves are very stupid and have lesser salaries . There is no work life balance no job security .

1. Cross departmental co-ordination is not great. Upper management acts bossy. 2. Internal product/tools are not user friendly. 3. HR Department is not at all co-operative. 4. Lack of transparency across the organization.

Behavior of State head Mr. Raman Jha was too Bad. He always use Unprofessional Language, used to Abuse other employess during google meet. Only one person is destroying the business of Jharkhand. He Always try to spoil the SOP. Marking heavy lost to RSC Partners, Field Supervisors.
