Wrong Peaples are sitting at Senior positions those not having proper skill and Leadership Qqualities those not haven't decision making Skill also but they are expert in presenting fake data and making fool management and safeguard their own chaires by playing corporate politics and honest people's are becoming victims because of their personal ego.

...istics last 3 year,1.6years as a processing staff and 1.4years as a supervisor.
We are happy with our pramotion but salary not increasing as per expections.
1. Cross departmental co-ordination is not great. Upper management acts bossy.
2. Internal product/tools are not user friendly.
3. HR Department is not at all co-operative.
4. Lack of transparency across the organization.
