For your dedication and work no one recognised you but if you made any mistake from GM position people gonna be in touch with you for criticism. Overall a place where dedication doesn’t mater no grow nothing to learn toxic manager .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Behavior of State head Mr. Raman Jha was too Bad. He always use Unprofessional Language, used to Abuse other employess during google meet. Only one person is destroying the business of Jharkhand. He Always try to spoil the SOP. Marking heavy lost to RSC Partners, Field Supervisors.
