This is an absolutely ridiculous place to work with. Specially because the HR Director thinks that she is Goddess of the organization and can do whatever she wants. The fire game is absolutely as per the will and thought of some managers and HR Director. If you've hurt the ego of HR Director, you will be terminated without any reason. Please please don't join this organization in whatever capacity as this will cost you your mental peace and might cost you your career.

A lot of opportunities available, but management from India is limiting the scope. US stakeholders are really good and supportive. No work from home even if sick or visiting home town. Got many chances to improve the process. India Management has limited knowledge and less supportive for improvement as they are all settled with current process and do not want any changes to be made.

Dislikes

Management is like dictatorship. One person controls whole India Management. Exceptions are only given to people whom he likes. For all others it's not good to work.

May things like Micro management, no work-life balance, odd shifts with 100 rs shift allowance for night, management is not technical, i was working in IT support team and our manager was from BPO background

XPO is good payer however they don't have good management or work culture. They don't have any employee relation they don't respect goodwill. Most of the managements are unorganized. Not a good company to work with. Thanks,
