Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Company has a office at kochi infopark, which is the only thing to like about it.

Dislikes

...and gives you inspirational speech and slowly everything changes to a nightmare. Not providing salary and indirectly makes the employee to resign. They use to make positive reviews by asking the employees to overcome the real negative reviews that is here. I do knows many of their employees still haven't got the salary they worked for. And the reason of denying the salary is by tagging fake reasons on them. The management doesn't care about giving the employee what they deserve, they are focused on building up their business sacrificing the poor employees. After reading all this and if you choose to go with the company, then all the very best.
