Team Lead , Old Employee, management Chatu employees asked inappropriate questions like inquiring about honeymoon plans and personal matters

I was worried about my job security before joining this company, but later on, I realized the decision to join XLNC Technologies was right decision. You won't be removed unless your performance is very poor. If the project is decommissioned then you'll be put on another project. Work culture is also good. Management very helps you in career growth.

I joined XLNC Technologies in 2016 as a Project Co-Ordinator. Due to medical reasons, I have to leave this organization in 2018. Their HR Team is very friendly and the work culture is motivated. The best part is that my colleague was very supportive. I learned many technologies which are helping me now.
