They are not supporting their employees during covid...they stop giving salary to them and declare leave without pay to some employees...there is no security of job.

...uction head and QA head a long with above management take job of new people's 7.Salary issues, deducted automatically without intimation 8. One day take resign and sit on company gate without reason 9.As per offer salary not provide after joining 10. Systems are not follow as per procedure 11.staff shortage 12.Every Sunday working 13.working hours 10.30hrs but daily stay 3hrs extra without paying by company 14. Leave policies are nothing 15. Salary deducted Every month without reasons 16. Resources unavailable 17 totally frougd management 18.canteen facility not available 19. Safety policy not available, last month one engineering person Death due to lift fall doun on it. 20.Bounus deducted own salary but not provided

...doing any activities in the plant not doing any social activities in the plant As per offer letter salary not provide and after joining many deduction done by HO and site HR. When question asking new join person to HR then site HR saying to speak to HO HR All that thinks are true as per my knowledge

No Any facility provide to employees and no documentation follows as per regulatory All the new joining employees frustrating after one month spending Working hour's are so typical decided by production Head and Site HR after the completions of day end

In Regulatory Affairs Department 2 Manager both of them fight together and harass their joiner/Co workers every one is frustrated due to their behaviour also they fight in CPHI Milan Italy more then 4 times Higher management & HR also know about it but they can't take any steps. Many employees left the XL due to their misbehaviour One of the manger also misbehaviour to the client of Thailand also she is not know how to handle the client and their co employee. I suggest every one not join the XL Lab. in the DRA department.

Senior person do miss behaviour with the junior's specially in the DRA department Manager in DRA department (Mrs. Richa) she never do support &appreciate for the work.She always need work and work she put lot of pressure on junior's and not tell about concept of RA always required the and correct work even she is also not corrected many time in her work. She is not a good managing person because she dont know how to district the work with team and she is fail to manage the workload. Management and HR also know about her but they don't take action on it that why she is doing this She do misbehave with fresher employee she said that " if you don't do this then search your new job " we inform to the HR Department but no action is taken by the HR & management.she is do same behaviour with me and we inform to HR Department and Management but not action taken. This problem is not only RA Department same problem on the other department,So I request don't join the Xl laboratory.
