Almost everything HRs , Salary determination, working hours, no social life as you can't utter a word in office, HR department people are the worse they won't reply your email never pick up your call even if you call for 100 times.

Job is not secured at all. Management is within few hands they roll it like they want. Company policies are strict and hurting.

...red very frequent. No long term benefits. Training to new joinees is not enough. Hiring strategy is showing big salary package. Anyone want to work for a month or for 2 months then it is okay.

Every thing other than salary. Not allowed to talk to any colleagues. You realise pressure on yourself because you see a guard is always keeping an eye on you. Just the monitor of the class. If you talk to any colleagues guard writes your name reports it to the HR. Disciplinary actions are taken next day on them. Worst company policy and culture.

Nothing... Absolutely Nothing... It's better to sit at home and enjoy your mental peace.

...if... If you don't reply on it even for a single time., you know what happens... Salary cut. Also, they say they have 5 days working.. Don't believe them.. You'll be forced to work 28-29 days a month.. They'll assure you to give comp offs against the working days.. But they'll cheat on that too as they'll refuse giving them whenever you ask for it... One of the most important things... No matter what... How much you have worked here... 2-3-4 years without taking any leaves... They won't approvw for any leaves anytime you ask for them... Thus, for any important work, you'll have to take an unplanned leave for which they'll cut your salaries in addition to the day's pay.
