Dislikes

Disappointing work culture and significant communication challenges. The company's work environment imposed excessive pressure on employees, leading to a stressful and overwhelming atmosphere. moreover, lack of clear communication from management and HR. Company displayed resistance to accepting resignation and failed to provide confirmation on reliving date. overall, Xiota's culture and communication issues left much to desired.
