They don't have a proper team structure, sales planning is not at all in place. They come up with imaginary targets and fire people within 2-3 months of recruitment. The whole team was sacked . They are even bluffing the investors . They promise for B2C sales but are on boarding co - loaders. The numbers that they quoted are very mis leading.

Worked in logistics for over 30 years before starting here. Xindus provides no clear objectives and no specific goals. I was unable to know what was expected of me and with no notice they let me go. If they would told me what I needed to do I could have worked on fixity performance. Xindus is very disorganized and lack clear expectations on logistics sevices. Right before I left witnessed discrimination by upper management against a female third party worker.
