- Very Less salary if you are not from IIT or IIM, management trainee will earn more than you - Only favourites will go up in the ladder - HR will not do anything, whatever manager says is golden word - Lazy and incompetent HR, works against employees - No transperancy on how promotions are being done

...es only. If the sale will not happen they will ask you to work for 12 hrs a day. No bonus no promotion only false promises given by the national heads. Personal life and professional line has no difference asyou have to be here for 12hrs a day and when you will wake up in morning since that time they will start with something.

I saw the worst Team leader in my life.the Way he talk with the way he demotivate the team and special me he doesn't not now how to handle the team he just known how to demotivate the team how to valgour talk with the team and team members.
