He just tell your unfit to this job you can't do this job please resign the job he forced me to do that and i resigned please don't join as sales executive in xiaomi

No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you
