Everything as this review is to mention about CEo and COO whose not getting in to outsourcing part where outsource company (1p1) pay 30% of per seat and supported by outsource manager of xiaomi and xiaomi managers and xiaomi team leads. Increasing seat will not lead your profit having limited seats with quality does. Knowing everything about a employee and targeting them for writing a review over ambition box. Pay properly for employee to represent your organization. Making work for 12hrs and 6days a week and paying for 4hours. Please represent your company right then ask to delete the review. Your HR doesn't let you reach to higher department. As per your business part fake resolution taken which is already resolved just to prove numbers. Fake Nps done to increase the market like-ablity. Out sourcing company have to pay right to employee else direct hire the employee and take care. Increase seats even when the requirement is low to show xiaomi the work load by 1p1 is high but not paying employee the right salary

Dislike about the company salary is not getting increase according to years waise salary not getting increase in xiaomi if the person is spend 5 years the salary is getting increase only in 5 years 2000

...es only. If the sale will not happen they will ask you to work for 12 hrs a day. No bonus no promotion only false promises given by the national heads. Personal life and professional line has no difference asyou have to be here for 12hrs a day and when you will wake up in morning since that time they will start with something.
