WARNING!! To all the xiaomi phones users out there as Xiaomi India goes way out of their integrity to achieve sales target. Activation of phones has been a routine in xiaomi. Employees activates phone in the distributors office or at any store so that they can achieve their target. You can check your activation date by contacting the service centre and providing them with the IEMI number of your mobile. This is pure case of Cheating as the warranty period starts before even getting in your hand. Most of the smartphones you are using has already been activated and used!!!!!

Starting package for fresher is good. Training session provided during orientation was good.

Dislikes

300 employees were hired in one go, when they were not having roles for them and it left them sit free for few months. When the roles were provided, then they were neither related candidates educational background nor experience, they were provided on HRs free will. No request for role change was entertained. And at last when it came to annual appraisal, only top rated were given some increment and bonus. All employees average rated or above average rated employees, were either issued notice period or they were given negligible bonus without any increment. Poor work culture and no work life balance.

Xiaomi's working environment is very good, you won't find any negative minded people here

As Xiaomi is a multi-billion dollar company it will give you good pay with 100 percent job security but not a good amount of work so in long term you are feeling out of date as compared to market technology standards.

No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you
