Due to Covid company as remove the staff from mi home and transfer to preferred partner store with less salary telling company is going loss due to covid

I saw the worst Team leader in my life.the Way he talk with the way he demotivate the team and special me he doesn't not now how to handle the team he just known how to demotivate the team how to valgour talk with the team and team members. He just tell your unfit to this job you can't do this job please resign the job he forced me to do that and i resigned please don't join as sales executive in xiaomi
