There is no clarity on how decisions are taken, campus hires are put into whatever company wishes to, without any regards for their background. There is discrimination and inside politics on higher level

It's a company, how don't care to employees, all employees is on distributors payrolls rather than state head. There is no PF or even conveyance. Yes it's a big company but work culture is like local baniya..

I saw the worst Team leader in my life.the Way he talk with the way he demotivate the team and special me he doesn't not now how to handle the team he just known how to demotivate the team how to valgour talk with the team and team members. He just tell your unfit to this job you can't do this job please resign the job he forced me to do that and i resigned please don't join as sales executive in xiaomi

No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you
