One person is doing 3 to 4people jobs,the company is not giving proper compensation,they don't have any idea about market salary standerd,while hiring from campus they are ready to pay good package to the students where experienced employees are getting lesser salary,while leaving job management is not asking the reason or not trying to retain anyone.Managent is not giving value to their resources, not even bother if someone is leaving their job.

I saw the worst Team leader in my life.the Way he talk with the way he demotivate the team and special me he doesn't not now how to handle the team he just known how to demotivate the team how to valgour talk with the team and team members. He just tell your unfit to this job you can't do this job please resign the job he forced me to do that and i resigned please don't join as sales executive in xiaomi

People working there are good, You will get the exposure to learn more things.

Dislikes

No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you

Company is good but management was not good..every year management was changed.

Dislikes

I was worked as store Manager 5.9 years but company not increase the employee salary or increment.they don't even care about employees those who worked with dedication and passion.
