Due to Covid company as remove the staff from mi home and transfer to preferred partner store with less salary telling company is going loss due to covid

No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you
