I saw the worst Team leader in my life.the Way he talk with the way he demotivate the team and special me he doesn't not now how to handle the team he just known how to demotivate the team how to valgour talk with the team and team members. No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you

I was worked as store Manager 5.9 years but company not increase the employee salary or increment.they don't even care about employees those who worked with dedication and passion.
