Lack of resources due to cost cutting exercises. No direction as department does not fit within overall business. High turnover and management slow to recruit.

Dislikes

... poor culture to the organiation. Noticed so many complaints related to ethical. Poor package. Not encouraging people for innovation. Totally one of the Indian offices runs like Indian organization. Many manager not even respecting their team members. Also showing threatening body language to their team members. One guy really hindrance to progress and threat to peole is Bibu baby, Kochi. However organization's channel to report ethical issues really keeping so many guys under the hood. Thanks for that. But don't expect everyone will come out and complaint. Instead affected people will look outside opportunity. I know so many guys left the organization because of this.

Allowances are good like health insurance,salary on time,they won't kick you out anytime but you need to perform.

Dislikes

If you want to work at low salary for rest of your years ,then join this company. As no matter how many years of employee you are they won't raise a penny. You can come to ofc at your choice but can't leave at your will until you meet SLA's/targets,be ready for 12-13hr shift. Ofc politics at best you will not be promoted no matter how good you are. Same people sitting their for last 10 years thinking they are the bosses. Simple Enter enter nothing to learn.
