Well. It totally depends in you like if you are really passionate you have right people around you then you are at the right place. Not a lot of rules, you can be your self. Strictly recommend for fresher's. Bond mandatory!

Salary. At the end of the day you need a good pay or even a decent pay will do load of good for you. Compared to market pay is very less.
