... technology. Xenium didn't pay to any employee month of April 2020 and May 2020. From June they give salary for those people are working but give only 30% to 40%. Remaining employee they didn't pay any amount. They don't have plan to when office will open.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours in a day. Appraisals time is not fix sometime they give appraisal after 2 years. There is no job training for fresher.

...ology. It is one of a kind in India. The working culture is friendly atmosphere. Salary range is up to the mark. Small projects need to be completed on deadlines. Good for those who want to explore in AR, VR, augmented and stuff in technology.

The company is open to innovate and readily adopts latest technology, especially in AR and VR section..

its not about the dislike, its about the how u look at the your job whenever u got responsibility...but I genuinely think that some of xenium recent programmers are very weak in programming and have lack of experience cause affect in project delivery. still u cant blame on someone when u r work is not complete or affect by any cause. sometimes programmers late for finish job or sometimes artist late for deliver assets...but its a team job. Sometimes we work 14 to 18 hours but sometimes we get free time when we no job.
