Over all a good organization. HR policy is good. being small/mid size mnc every one knows each other. Less politics. Learnings might be limited for Indian employee as comp it self only has parental dosage forms only. Hence no other dosage forms to explore. Being multi national setup good place to learn different cultures. One of very few organization that keep each and every employee involved and informed about high level thoughts. Leaders are very dinamic and open nature. Very flat organization culture.

Dislikes

Only issue is with Indian employee that not very clear over the scope of business or job security in coming years
