As per company they have open door policy whicheans we can speak to anyone, anytime at any level without prior intimation. They have half yearly RnR policy wherein top 3 employee gets big ticket awards (vehicle, internation trip all paid, etc.).

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is terms of salary or level is little slow. The work pressure is high where in. I have to work 12-14 hours in a day. It also increases due to travel between home & office and eats my 4-5 hours in a day. Even though giving lot of effort and energy everything goes unnoticed our ng appraisal. Also there is a huge difference between training/ on-job training and operations due to which we face lot of pressure and pain. It becomes more painful on indian holidays wherein we are not able to celebrate it with our family.

Dislikes

...mes in their mind with concerning any employees. They change shift as they want. No salary breakup provided, no extra holidays, except sat & sun and in that also they asked to work for overtime. Mostly they work for US clients in night shift, but they do not provide any holidays as of for Indian nor US holidays. Worst company do not join even if you are jobless.

The only good part is the place where XDBS is that is world trade center

I dislike everything about xdbs. Low salary. Poor appraisals. No work life balance, its always work. Terrible management because they dont have any work planning. Terrible food, absolutely tasteless. Worst promotion hierarcy.

...doesn't address issues. Team managers don't know the meaning of professionalism. On work premises they use abusive language on employees and daily extent of shift by 1-2 hours doesn't pay any single penny for extended hours, after the leaving the organisation according to their company policy they release your salary fnf settlement after 45 days but they don't abide by their own company policy. After 70 days we need to remind the payroll department to release the salary.

Very bad experience..very bad people..too much work pressure and salary is very less..they are putting in night shift without cab facility..disgusting..

Job security is 0..they are suddenly asking people to resign..they are forcing people to do night shift without cab facility and security..they don't think about ladies security..
