i worked in this organization for 1 month and closely with founder in 2019, a massive flood hit vadodara. my rented house was flooded. so, i had to leave for vapi with a friend. the following week, the founder sent me an email about layoffs. despite informing him of my situation via whatsapp and leaving my laptop at friend's place, i was laid off during my interview, i discussed my work schedule with him, explaining that due to my university commitments, i could work 3 days part time and 3 days full time. i was in my 4th year at that time and he accepted this arrangement. after the layoff, when i requested an experience ceritificate on linkedin, he responded by saying his organization is not fish market. i reminded him that he had agreed to work my schedule, so what could i have done?
