The only good thing in xcellence it is to work with designer team, nothing else.

Dislikes

- Late salary (All the time salary credits after 11th to 20th) - No support for any issues. - Bad HR Management - Alternative Saturday working is not good. - Bond system not good. - All the time just delaying to have conversations with employees.

1.The learning opportunity is very limited.They are hire you as an ASP.NET MVC developer/intern and assing tasks in nopCommerce. 2.The internship duration is not fixed; it's excessively long ranging from 8 to 9 months.it doesn't matter how brilliant you are.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
