No pay cuts or pay offs in covid times. I was a lucky one to work with good managers but got transferred to pre-bound team last year.

Dislikes

Salaries are not up-to industry level. A lot of Favouritism, unskilled people are promoted to managers who doesn't even know how to manage a team. Lot of politics in team as well as management level

Likes

I like their learning and development policies. They actually provide the platform to up-skill their employees. Management is good in comparison of other companies. My manager has given me lot of opportunities to learn lot of things.

Dislikes

The salary structure is not good. They deduct the employer PF from the employee salary. Rest appraisal percentage is very low.

Likes

Xceedance take care of their employees like their families. During covid 19 not only they helped us financially by providing a compensation of 10,000rs for arranging infrastructure required for Home office but also helped us connected nd mentally fit by arranging various sessions with Dr., Workout sessions yoga nd zumba and also arranged a whole day to be Downtime day where everyone enjoyed. Not only this our awards were sent home and an event was organized for celebrating the rewards nd recognition virtually.

Dislikes

Xceedance as an organization provides best of it's facilities to employees, however the work pressure is too much during some months nd to some teams which could be possibly managed in a better way

Likes

I am a very Happy employee of Xceedance. Salary might not be that great, but a great company who believes in employees learning. Encourages you to go for more certifications. Very transparent. Work life balance is also good. Some days are tough, while some are lean. Atleast in my team no one expects to work over weekends unless really necessary. Work pressure is manageable and no one will expect to be in front of laptop always.

...mpany cares for its employees, you get a sense of belongingness in this company. During the pandemic the management was really supporting, we even got a bonus of rupee 10000 to buy comfortable chair or have better internet connection etc. Glad to be a part of this company.
