Salary on time, good crowd in terms of looks only and thats only how you can grow here.

Dislikes

No growth, less hikes, no facilities, very far from metro station, internal politics, favouritism, you cannot find a long term stay here, strict timings (9 hrs a day) even if you are sitting idle stay in the offfic or you'll be escalated, no projects. I will strongly not recommend to those who are in the initial stage of their career.

No pay cuts or pay offs in covid times. I was a lucky one to work with good managers but got transferred to pre-bound team last year.

Salaries are not up-to industry level. A lot of Favouritism, unskilled people are promoted to managers who doesn't even know how to manage a team. Lot of politics in team as well as management level

I am a very Happy employee of Xceedance. Salary might not be that great, but a great company who believes in employees learning. Encourages you to go for more certifications. Very transparent. Work life balance is also good. Some days are tough, while some are lean. Atleast in my team no one expects to work over weekends unless really necessary. Work pressure is manageable and no one will expect to be in front of laptop always.
