...mpany cares for its employees, you get a sense of belongingness in this company. During the pandemic the management was really supporting, we even got a bonus of rupee 10000 to buy comfortable chair or have better internet connection etc. Glad to be a part of this company.

Seniors dont ping after working hours. You are assigned with limited work per day. Xceedance did not lay off any employee during covid-19 also, we got timely increments and bonus

Salary structure is not at par with the other firms.

The over-all environment, colleague, manager's, everyone is so helping and really cool in nature. I adapted here very fast , the working experience is really really great, i loved working in xceedance, it totally changes my opinion of corporate world.

Dislikes

Nothing as such to dislike in this place. But yeah, the package offered may sometimes are not charming enough for freshers.

Work life balance and Company Environment. Leads are supportive and give good guidance.

Dislikes

Salary is less according to work and market standards. Also there is a favourism between employees by seniors which demotivate other potential employees to work and grow well

Likes

One of the best part about working at Xceedance is it's work environment. The amount of inclusiveness and warmth received from management speaks for it's values. Also with work other creative activities are being encouraged. In the cafeteria, there is space for few leisure activities which provides us with a space to rejuvenate ourselves.

Dislikes

Cab facilities are not provided by the company. Salary is decent but the career growth has only limited scope to grow along the path.
