Job security and employees care is the most favorite virtue at Xceedance I liked. Even at the time of Covid 19, no layoffs happened. Xceedance provided ample moral support to employees to fight with corona and added additional leaves in case any one get infection.

Dislikes

As such nothing specific dislikes. Organization hear the voice of its employees and policies are getting better with regular feedback.

Likes

You will get job security here, it has good work culture. Management is supportive.

Dislikes

No technical trainings being conducted for tech professionals. Compensation is not competitive in the market. They show gratuity contribution also in your CTC. From work front it depends on which project you are in. Some projects are vendor driven and xceedance is secondary in that. Health insurance is just 3 lacs for Managers that is very less as per industry standard.

Likes

Depending on the team you might get either toxic or amazing people. Work life balance is pretty good if you again subject to the team you're in.

Dislikes

The pay slightly above core company but still well bwlow the market average. On top of that the exposure and learning curve is not good. Passable at best.

No pay cuts or pay offs in covid times. I was a lucky one to work with good managers but got transferred to pre-bound team last year.

Dislikes

Salaries are not up-to industry level. A lot of Favouritism, unskilled people are promoted to managers who doesn't even know how to manage a team. Lot of politics in team as well as management level

Likes

I am a very Happy employee of Xceedance. Salary might not be that great, but a great company who believes in employees learning. Encourages you to go for more certifications. Very transparent. Work life balance is also good. Some days are tough, while some are lean. Atleast in my team no one expects to work over weekends unless really necessary. Work pressure is manageable and no one will expect to be in front of laptop always.
