I recently interviewed with Xapsol and had an incredibly disappointing experience. One of the founders Debashih, who led the interview, seemed to be in a rush from the moment it started. He quickly downplayed the importance of the role, almost dismissing it as inconsequential. What was even more frustrating was that he barely gave me a chance to speak. The founder came across as extremely arrogant, assuming he knew everything about the field, which, quite frankly, is far from the truth. His demeanor was off-putting, and he seemed more interested in hearing himself talk than understanding my perspective or qualifications. It’s clear he is driven, but that drive translated into a lack of respect and consideration for the interviewee. This experience left me with serious reservations about the company’s culture and leadership. I would advise future candidates to proceed with caution, especially if you value being heard and respected in an interview setting.
