Xad Technologies mishandles employee rights and ignores UAE labor laws. My termination was unprofessional, based on one-sided information, and they initially tried to underpay my final settlement. Only after filing a complaint with MOHRE did I receive what I was rightfully owed. Management showed no concern for employee well-being.

Nothing, they dont plan anything about the resource requirements before boarding.

Dislikes

They asked to leave the company within 45 days, as they didnt get the project. HR, GM,BDM were not planned well, its happened to many people

Good and very learning, supporting & challenging environment. More over Management is very cooperative and transparent and fair.

Dislikes

I like sports and the environment of the XAD and staff is very dedicated and busy with work all time and do not have a single day for playing and spending time in physical sports even Management arrange Party, Lunch and Dinner but still missing physical sport such as cricket match etc..

It is very good and learning process every time i face challenges in different aspects because XAD Technologies LLC have more than 20 projects and I am lucky who work as a cost and accounts manager and work on almost every head of Financials Statements of the company even VAT also my responsibility to file and thanks Almighty God who help me to stand and contribute more and more.

Dislikes

Risk are everywhere in the world and we have to take and response positively and in XAD Technologies there is too much pressure of work and management need result every time.
